I really enjoyed the Ferris Bueller tour at the Art Institute! I am a long-time museum member but this was a unique experience, linking specific works of art to scenes in the movie. The multi-media (iPad) was hugely helpful, especially since I hadn't seen the movie in a very long time. I loved hearing all the behind-the-scenes tidbits from Kelli and actually watched the movie on Netflix later that night!

I took The Art of Ferris Bueller tour and thoroughly enjoyed it. I give it my highest recommendation. I am telling all my friends and family to take it (and other Chicago Movie Tours)...and soon! I have seen Ferris Bueller's Day Off dozens of times, but after taking this tour, I was inspired to go right home, watch it again, and look for all the things Kelli taught me about it. Kelli is one of the best tour guides I have ever seen. Taking a tour with her is like having a conversation with one of your smartest, most observant friends and/or your favorite college professor. She uses a lot of clever techniques to keep her guests engaged too. On this tour you will learn about some of Chicago milestones, art history, and all about the choices film directors make when creating their art. I loved it!

Had friends in from out of town. Chose The Art of Ferris Bueller because we all loved the movie. Great tour guide. Really knew a lot about the art and the film.

Always very interesting stories of Chicago that comes with a great deal of research. Highly recommend!

I've actually done two walking tours so far - this one and the prison one, but this one surprised me by teaching me so much about the area and the people and events that had such an impact on Chicago.

Ferris Bueller's Day Off tour at Art Institute was fun and a great way to see museum highlights. Highly recommended!

Kelli Marshall is incredibly warm, friendly and intelligent. We contacted Kelli in advance of our tour and mentioned some things that we hoped to see, specifically locations from movies made in Chicago, also outdoor art and The Art Institute of Chicago. She tailored our walking tour in the area around The Art Institute in such a great way that included many things we discussed seeing plus many more locations & art of great interest that we didn't expect. Kelli knows her stuff!

Just did the Ferris Bueller tour on Saturday, it was great! The tour guide included just the right mix of Chicago history, art analysis, and lots of fun Ferris facts. Highly recommend!
