Art of Ferris Bueller
We loved this tour! Kelli is so knowledgeable and personable. Learned so much about art and Ferris. My brother is a huge fan, this tour was his birthday gift. What a success! We will definitely book another tour with Kelli. It’s a great way to be a Chicago tourist!

Art of Ferris Bueller
This was more than just pointing out pictures and sculptures that were in Ferris Bueller. Kelli really dove deep into explaining why John Hughes selected this museum and art for the scenes. Kelli took pictures for us and encouraged discussion among all of us. This was definitely a highlight and brought this museum to a whole new level. If you haven’t seen the film in a long time she even had the scenes and showed them to us to refresh our memories. I would highly recommend this tour. Save time afterwards to explore the rest of the museum.

Program or Virtual Tour
Kelli's virtual tour entitled While You Were Sleeping in Chicago: Virtual Holiday Stroll is an enchanting visit to the lovely village of La Grange, Illinois. I've taken every one of her five annual visits to this quaint town which comes alive with spirit and joy as well as fantastic lights and decorations every Christmas season. You'll visit the wonderful home where Sandra Bullock's character is welcomed into a family's gift opening party; see the iconic, 100-year-old La Grange Theater with its refurbished marquis; a magnificent Episcopal Church on the National Registry of Historic Places; several Frank Lloyd Wright designed homes built near the end of the 19th Century; and finally get a glimpse of the elevated train station in downtown Chicago with its architecturally innovative canopies which mimic the waves of nearby Lake Michigan. Throughout this visually stunning tour, Kelli manages to sprinkle in fascinating tidbits about the actors and filming of one of Hollywood's enduring romantic comedies. I can't wait to see what new wrinkles Kelli adds to the sixth annual tour next Christmastime!

Art of Ferris Bueller
Kelli was an absolute amazing tour guide. As a Ferris Bueller fan, I loved how she went into history of Chicago and how it ties into the museum and the artwork chosen by the director, John Hughes. A lot of history and culture was embedded into this tour. Truly an experience I wish I could relive over and over again.

Hollywood on the Rails
Kelli at Chicago Movie Tours gave a fantastic tour of Union Station for her tour "Hollywood on the Rails." She didn't just teach us about movies and TV shows, which were plentiful (I didn't realize that "The Sting" was filmed in part at Chicago Union Station); the tour also touched on points from a variety of fields, including architecture, art and design, history, technology, and of course, Chicago. It was a wonderful way to spend two hours, very informative and engaging, and very much worth your time, whether your interests lie in film, pop culture, history, architecture, or the Windy City!

Art of Ferris Bueller
Fun as well as incredibly educational. Absolutely fantastic tour. Kelli is one of the best tour guides I've ever had -- fun and easy-going but also incredibly knowledgeable. I learned so much about the Ferris Bueller film in particular but also about film-making in general, about the Art Institute and about Chicago. Highly recommend this tour.

Never can give a 5-star review, always room to improve, love the format and hope to do it again. Spent the evening listening to movie facts about a 80's movie classic, [Planes, Trains and Automobiles.] The info about John Hughes and the movie stats made this interesting. Want to do more movies.
